Health Advocate for Liver Transplant Study
In this study, we are developing a health advocate role for pedaitric liver transplant teams. Health advocates are lay healthcare workers with no advanced medical education who can help a child’s family address some of life’s challenges so that they can focus on taking care of their child.
The study is in its pilot phase and is funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
